This interactive training workshop on criminal record disclosure, aimed at practitioners, explores the recent changes to legislation that impacts on the disclosure of criminal records. Using real case studies as examples, this training, delivered by Nacro’s legal officers gives practitioners the tools and confidence they need to support their clients with criminal records into employment, education and training.

How to apply the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (ROA) and ROA Exceptions Order 1975 (as amended 2013)and advise clients on when their convictions may become spent and/or eligible for filtering
