In 2016, for the first time, the Chamber hosted our very own “after dinner party” with Craig Charles providing the sounds for a fabulous funk and soul DJ set. The evening was such a success that we are pleased to announce that Craig will be joining us in 2017 - so don't miss this opportunity to experience the evening once again!

Well known to Greater Manchester audiences, actor, comedian, author, poet, television presenter and DJ, Craig Charles is perhaps best known for playing Dave Lister in the science fiction sitcom Red Dwarf and Lloyd Mullaney in the soap opera Coronation Street and as a funk and soul DJ. He has hosted The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on BBC radio since 2002, and performs DJ sets at numerous clubs and festivals, nationally and internationally. In September 2015, he left Coronation Street after ten years, to film the recently screened new episodes of Red Dwarf.
