GM Chamber Golf Society
Greater Manchester Chamber has a very active Golf Society. This range of excellent golf events give Chamber members the opportunity to networking, make contact with other business people and experience an enjoyable day out over a round of golf.
Costs:
Individual membership - £33 per person
Corporate membership - £125 per company*
*companies wishing to have the flexibility for a number of colleagues to play golf on ad hoc occasions - maximum of 5 players per company.

Networking Evenings on 19 January and 16 February 2010
We will be playing a few holes of your favourite golf courses on the state of the art indoor golf simulators. This will be an ideal opportunity to meet and network with fellow GM Chamber Golf Society and Learner Drivers Club members. Whether you have simply an interest in or experience in golf, this event will be an ideal opportunity to meet and network with fellow GM Chamber members and non-members.
Cobra clubs will be supplied. Smart/casual or golf wear is advised, as are trainers or golf shoes.
Entry is just £20 per person and includes golf, networking and a buffet. A cash bar will be available. Learner Drivers Club - A Golf Society for beginners!
Aimed at business people and professionals, The Learner Drivers Club breaks the mould of traditional golf clubs or societies by focusing on people with little or no golfing experience.
Using a mixture of driving ranges and academy golf courses, The Learner Drivers Club brings together people of similar experience levels, under the watchful eye of professional instructors.
More than just a handful of golf lessons the Club provides an effective, affordable and flexible introduction to the game. And because the Club is aimed at the North West business community, you will make some terrific contacts along the way.
