February 2010Many thanks to the 50 businesses that came to our event on the future of Leigh town centre last month. The event saw a lively discussion between members and the expert panel which included, Leigh MP and Health Secretary Andy Burnham, particularly on the issue of local transport, which we are aiming to pick up on at a later date.
2010 is an election year and the Chamber will be putting your views to the political parties. The key vehicle for this will be the Business Manifesto.
