Member News: Clough & Willis Solicitors Launch Free Weekly Legal Clinics

Clough & Willis - one the North West's leading mid-sized legal firms - is launching a series of free weekly legal clinics across all its departments servicing individuals and families from week commencing Monday 28th September 2009. The new sessions will provide clients with an initial 20 minute free consultation where their position and needs will be assessed on a wide range of legal issues including; wills & probate, trusts and tax planning, employment, property and personal injury law as well as a dedicated late evening family law service for professionals.
The new clinics are the latest in a series of similar events that Clough & Wills has staged over the past few years and each one will be conducted by one the firm's experienced solicitors who are all experts in their respective fields. The late evening family law clinics were specifically devised to allow greater flexibility for professionals who may not be able to attend or arrange appointments with a solicitor within the normal working day, but need that initial discussion to understand their position going forward.
Shefali Talukdar, managing partner at Clough & Willis commented, ‘The launch of the new general practice clinics is in response to an overwhelming demand from both our clients and the general community. Approaching a law firm for advice is often a daunting prospect, so the aim of these sessions is to encourage dialogue, increase communication and make people realise what their rights are and what they should expect depending on their situation'

All clinics will take place every week from w/c Monday 28th September 2009 at Clough & Willis' Bury office as follows:
- Venue: Clough & Willis, 2 Manchester Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 0DT
- Mondays: Private Client & Employment Law from 2pm to 5pm
- Tuesdays: Property and Personal Injury from 2pm to 5pm
- Wednesdays: Late evening appointments for professionals from 5pm to 7pm
