The Chamber has teamed up with its partners at ENWORKS to launch a prestigious new award, celebrating environmental best practice in the Greater Manchester business community.


The Award

The inaugural Greater Manchester Green Business Award launched in Autumn 2011.

Organisations of all sizes and sectors across Greater Manchester were invited to apply, including both Chamber members and non-members.

There were two categories to enter:

  • Small Business (fewer than 250 employees)
  • Large Business (250 or more employees)

The entry deadline was 17:00 on Friday 9 December 2011.

Shortlisting

12 organisations were shortlisted in each category and the winners were presented with trophies during the Chamber's Annual Dinner, held at the Manchester Central Convention Complex on Thursday 8 March 2012.

Free entry

Entry to the Chamber's Greater Manchester Green Business Award is free, and copies of the 2011/12 entry pack can be downloaded here.
