First Manchester recently visited St Andrew’s Primary School in Bolton, following a request to help the children learn about travelling on local buses, but the visit resulted in inspiring many of the children to become the next generation of bus drivers!

During the lesson with members of staff from the local bus operator, the children learned about the guided busway, speed limits and the different routes that services can take you.

The school has praised First Manchester staff for taking the time to visit the children.

Ms France from St Andrew’s Primary school, said: The pupils and staff at St Andrew's thoroughly enjoyed the bus trip. Staff went above and beyond to ensure the pupils had a fabulous experience. I would highly recommend this to other schools.”
