Member News: Law Firms Appointed To Residential Property Panel

North West law firms SAS Daniels LLP and JMW Solicitors LLP have been appointed to the legal panel of estate agents Jordan Fishwick.

Under the agreement the firms will be referred residential conveyancing work generated by the company’s eight branches across Manchester and South Cheshire.

The appointment will also see SAS Daniels and JMW work closely with national estate agents network Move with Us who will deal with conveyancing enquiries from Jordan Fishwick clients and pass to the appointed firms.

The move has already led to SAS Daniels appointing an additional member of staff, Chloe Alexander, to its dedicated conveyancing team in Congleton. Chloe has five years' experience of providing dedicated conveyancing services, both for residential and commercial property. The firm is also growing its real estate team in Chester in-line with increased work.

Due to an unprecedented rise in instructions, two new conveyancing specialists have also joined the residential conveyancing team at JMW in the last three months. Michael Purvis joined as an Associate in May and Holleh Taghdissi joined as a Solicitor at the start of July. With the appointment to the Jordan Fishwick panel there are plans to grow the team further in the coming year.
