No Recruitment, No Fee*
Candidate matching is a bespoke, high quality and cost effective service, which takes the hassle and cost out of the initial recruitment process.
We take the time to get to know each of our clients and understand how the company works and type of candidates they are looking for in order to successfully match candidates to your companies’ requirements.
For a one off fee of £400 +VAT for GM Chamber members, and £500 +VAT for non-members, we will work with you to:
- Write a compelling job advert
- Sift and match high-calibre candidates to your business.
The suitable candidates' CVs are sent to our clients so they have full transparency and it’s up to them if they want to invite them to interview.
We will continue to send suitable CVs that match your requirements until you have recruited or after 30 days we will review the job advert and re-advertise free of charge for you.
If you would like support organising the interviews we can also work with you to:
- Organise interview dates with yourself
- Contact all the suitable candidates and arrange the interview dates and times with them
- Send out the confirmation emails
- Follow up after the interviews
If you’d like us to support you with this let us know and it will be an addition £100 +VAT.
If we reach a point where no suitable candidates are successfully secured into the position, the full amount will be refunded to you.
The cost of this service is per vacancy, not per staff member. We are REC accredited so you can count on us to provide the highest quality service that benefits both the employer and the candidate.
