Chamber Recruit is designed to help reduce the cost and hassle of recruitment. The team will work with you to develop a job profile that meets the needs of your business and is attractive to potential candidates. You can then leave the rest to our experienced staff to manage the process from start to finish in a timely, professional manner.

Here’s what you can expect:
We will work with you to produce an attractive job description in order to attract the right candidates.
Your vacancy will be advertised for 30 days on multiple platforms such as Indeed Jobsite, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce website (over 10,000 visitors each month), Skills Brief (circulation: 1,500) along with our team's LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
We will screen all applications to generate a shortlist of candidates, which will be submitted to you for consideration for interview, based on the criteria of the job description.
We will conduct a pre-interview telephone screening for the selected shortlisted candidates.
After the pre-interview telephone screening, we will provide you with detailed feedback based on the pre-requisites given in your job description.
You will then be able to arrange with the selected candidates, a convenient date and time for interview within 30 days.
A suitable candidate will be identified or recruitment fee is refunded.
We will communicate effectively with you throughout, in order to keep you informed at every stage of the recruitment process.
Vacancy Set Up: £49 + VAT per position (non-refundable), including vacancy consultation, job description draft, salary comparison, vacancy posting.
Recruitment: £500 + VAT (members) / £625 + VAT (non-members) per position (refundable if the right candidate is not found).
