DIT North West Team is pleased to announce that we are beginning a series of face-to-face events in the North West from next week. The first of our one-day, in-person, live events is to be held:
at the Etihad Stadium, in Manchester, on Wednesday 20th October 2021 from 09:00 to 16:30h
As this is a live event, places are limited to 20, and delegates must be able to commit to participating for the full day.
The morning session will cover all the basics of exporting, from the benefits and barriers, and essential export paperwork; to pricing strategies, Incoterms, and rules of origin; as well as looking at institutional support available, and the importance of building relationships with partner organisations, like the Chambers of Commerce.
The afternoon session will be focussed on sharing experiences, identifying opportunities in overseas markets, and laying the foundations of an achievable export action plan; as well as networking and asking questions.
The second of these one-day, in-person, live events will be held in Preston, on Friday 19th November 2021, from 09:00 to 16:30h
(venue to be confirmed)
(we hope to get registration for this event live in the next week)
Meanwhile, for those who are unable to commit a full-day session, the next online series of the Export Academy will run in parallel on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 13:00-14-00h, beginning November 2nd. This series comprises ten sessions.
