Monday 18th May marked the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week 2020. Like physical health, mental health plays a part in everyone’s lives. Whether you feel happy and confident or stressed and blue your mental health and well-being play a huge part in maintaining, or letting go of, different moods and emotions.

During the current pandemic it is especially important to be aware of how your mental health can affect you.

In a time of social distancing, health anxiety and economic trouble it is more important than ever to be kind to ourselves and others. This is why Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce is proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week, because #KindnessMatters. Find out more about Mental Health Awareness Week here.
