The Habits Coach and come together to form a new business combining sales and marketing best practice

OPTSM Limited has been founded with a stated aim to Optimise Sales and Marketing - combining The Habits Coach and methodologies. This new business creates a uniquely balanced approach and distinguishes the consultancy business from alternatives with an ability to both create and convert more revenue opportunities for clients.

Richard Higginbotham (pictured left) ( and Steve Edge (pictured right) (The Habits Coach) met through Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. They have much in common having both forged their values in corporate careers driving new business and launching new products.

Sharing a belief in ethical business development and selling the way that clients want to buy, the recognise the value of partnership. 

They have already delivered successful engagements together, creating sales growth for a global telephone headset software / technology business and a national home improvements business.

Richard, the marketing specialist, commented “Sales and marketing should always be aligned, but too often the process becomes fragmented. This leads to frustration for the client, the seller and the business and too many opportunities are missed”.
