Delta has launched a Global Cleanliness Division – a new department within its Customer Experience organization dedicated to innovating and evolving the airline’s already-high cleanliness standards.

Since the start of the global pandemic, teams across Delta have quickly and effectively established new industry standards for sanitizing facilities and aircraft. The new organization will further develop and implement Delta’s cleanliness standards, methods and quality management, ensuring a laser focus on delivering a safe and sanitized travel experience at every step.
