Two long-standing Merseyside businesses are a winning team where recycling in concerned, achieving increased waste segregation for recycling and 100% diversion of waste from landfill.
Both established over 60 years, Liverpool Motor Auction and B&M Waste Services have worked together since November 2016 to introduce successful separation of mixed recycling from general waste at the 4 acre site in Tuebrook, Liverpool.
Mark Stockley, Operations Director at Liverpool Motor Auction commented “I would just like to say how pleased we are with the service we have received from B&M Waste Services since contracting them to manage our waste. The driving staff have never let us down and are always punctual, helpful and go out of their way to help if we need anything doing.”
Thomas Aspinall, Area Sales Manager for B&M Waste Services said “It’s been great working with such a forward thinking and all round great bunch of people at Liverpool Motor Auction. They provide a huge range of cars and are environmentally conscientious too. Separating waste for recycling and choosing a bin collection company which diverts waste from landfill is something many businesses don’t think about, but we can help with”
Mark continued “We were also delighted to find out that our waste has such a high recycling percentage compared to the previous company that we used. We look forward to working in partnership with B&M Waste and wish their company every success in the future.”
