As the Incom-CNS Group celebrates 30 years at the top of the business communications industry, the launch of a new website and success of recent social media campaigns has transformed the online face of the business.
Working alongside Manchester based digital agency, Pixel Kicks, Incom-CNS has launched a completely new site, with enhanced responsiveness and usability, to showcase the company’s expertise in all aspects of business communications, from Cloud, contact centres, cabling and connectivity, to network design, mobile solutions and AI technology.
As Group CEO David Hughes explains, “We are incredibly proud of what Incom-CNS has achieved in the last three decades and of our standing within an ever-changing and evolving industry, but we are also notoriously modest! The new site allows us to demonstrate who we are and what we can do. Since 2016, we have picked up seven, coveted industry awards and last year we secured the biggest, single contract in the company’s history, worth over £2.5m. Our team has raised tens of thousands of pounds for a variety of charities including The Christie, British Heart Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Support, and we have been recognised for the success of our apprenticeship scheme, which continues to grow and develop new talent. Our entire team has a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer care which, we believe, sets us apart from our competitors.”
It has been a busy first quarter of 2019 and the website launch follows the success of the Group’s recent AI customer event, examining the place of artificial intelligence in business communications, and coincides with their presence at IP Expo in Manchester on 3nd and 4th April, where the Mitel Gold Partners will be bringing their expertise to Europe’s largest Enterprise IT event.
