The Convenzis Public Sector IT Virtual Conference provides an immersive and high-value platform for UK public servants to engage and improve transformation and digital adoption across the UK.

Since the introduction of the 2017 Government Transformation Strategy, public sector bodies have set out to transform the relationship between citizen and state. However, a recent survey found that only 8% of contributors are ‘very confident’ in their organisation’s readiness to respond to digital challenges, and when it comes to digital self-service, only 37% of respondents said they were happy with the strategy in place.

As we enter what is being hailed “Industry 4.0” the use of digital technology is projected to be scaled up rapidly, some councils across the UK are already harnessing emerging technology like AI and Machine learning to help with public-facing services and call centres.

We have many strengths on which we can build, and some weaknesses we need to address. As we leave the European Union we need to raise our game at home and on the world stage, our annual Convenzis Public Sector IT Virtual Conference will provide a high-value opportunity to listen, learn and engage directly with national policy shapers and some of the leading tech minds in the country.

This year’s session will focus on the rapid scale-up of technology caused by the recent pandemic, key learning points:

Accelerated Legacy Modernization: Crawling before we run
Operationalized Analytics: Operationalised analytics is the strategic and systematic adoption of data-driven technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and advanced analytics.
Hyperconnected Public Services: Hyperconnected public services is the whole-of-government use of multiple technologies, tools or platforms to automate as many business and IT processes as possible.
Adaptive Security: This approach features components for prediction, prevention, detection and response

Join us at the Public Sector IT Summit as we share insights and best practice while sharpening our knowledge on current policy and government IT trends.

This session is fully funded for public sector digital, data and IT professionals, CPD accreditation provided.
