RMT is holding three further days of strike action on Northern on 8, 10 and 12 January.
Northern says it will be concentrating efforts on minimising disruption by running as many trains as possible on all three days. On each day it will run around 1,350 services, at least 50% of the normal timetable, between 7am and 7pm. It aims to get as many people as possible to where they need to be and home again.
Northern is encouraging everyone to plan ahead and regularly check our website via www.northernrailway.co.uk/strike.
RMT is also taking strike action on the same days at Greater Anglia, South Western Railway and Merseyrail – with strike action on Southern on 8 January only.
