Susana moved from her native Colombia to the UK 20 years ago, where she has built a successful career on the international trade arena. Susana graduated from one of her country's top business schools specialising on International Trade, and also holds a MA in International Development from Manchester University. Susana has over 24+ yrs experience working on the field of international trade working with companies in the manufacturing, education, non-for-profit and public sectors.

In 2014, Susana joined the Chamber as part of an UK Government initiative to increase exports to high growth & emerging markets, providing advice and connecting companies to opportunities in these markets. For the last 10 yrs, Susana has led our award-winning team and we have developed a robust portfolio of international trade services for exporters and importers, both in hte UK and overseas.

Susana has extensive experience in Trade Promotion and Trade Facilitation support services, and has also been at the frontline in advising businesses about new export, import and customs regulations, specially after Brexit.

Amy has worked in the International Trade Team at the Chamber for over 6 years. During her time at the Chamber she has been supporting companies to import and export, leading on our Chamber Customs service and delivering training on exporting and importing across the Chamber network. Prior to working at the Chamber, Amy completed her BA Honours Degree in Management at the University of Leeds.

In 2017, Amy completed the Institute of Export, Level 4 Diploma in International Trade (formerly Advanced Certificate) and was awarded her Certificate in International Trade from the British Chambers of Commerce.

Amy is one of our top certified customs brokers experts and one of the top trainers on customs declarations across the British Chamber Network, and delivers consultancy as well as some of our export/import courses as well.

Kathryn leads our Export Documentation team and as part of the International Management team, she ensures all of our services are delivered within a robust quality framework. Kathryn has been with the chamber more than 30 years and is one of our experts on export documentation - Certificates of origin, Movement Certificates, Arabs COOs and ATA Carnets, and also delivers our new customs declaration service.

Kathryn is a gym owner and in her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and dog, Milo.

Pauline Puig, Senior International Trade & Customs Adviser & Trade Team Manager, pauline.puig@gmchamber.co.uk, T: 0161 393 4317 (Leads on Bespoke Training and Professional Packages)

Originally from France, Pauline joined the International Trade Team at GM Chamber in 2017 after graduating from a Master’s Degree in International Economic Affairs.

As a Senior International Trade & Customs Advisor, she has been supporting businesses of all sizes and sectors to grow internationally and adapt to the new trading rules due to the UK leaving the European Union. During her time at the Chamber, Pauline has also gained the British Chamber of Commerce Foundation Award on International Trade and most recently gained her certifications to deliver our documentation and customs declaration service, so she is well placed to help businesses with customs advice and different technical areas of exporting and importing. Pauline led on our Blue SME internationalisation programme where we supported a wide range of businesses across the EU Transatlantic area to go global.

Pauline is one of our top certified customs brokers and has also a Certification qualification from the British Chambers of Commerce, enabling her to support traders with their Certificates of Origin, EUR1s, ATA Carnets and more.

Francesco Feraco, International Trade & Customs Adviser, francesco.feraco@gmchamber.co.uk, M: 07525731230

Whilst originally from Italy, since 2014 calls Manchester his home. Francesco has BA (Hons) in Communication from the Università degli Studi della Basilicata, Italy. His career started in 2015 as an intern at the International Trade Department at Chamber of Commerce of Fuerteventura, where he developed an interest in the international side of business.

His experience lies working mainly for small- to medium-sized exporting companies which provided him with extensive experience of exports, imports, logistics, customs compliance and warehousing. His focus is to offer support and practical advice to the Chamber members and customers regarding the practicalities of exporting and importing, documentation and customs. He is fluent in three languages (English, Italian and Spanish) and in his spare time, Francesco enjoys doing marathons, hiking, gardening and cooking.

Francesco is a top certified customs broker and has also a Certification qualification from the British Chambers of Commerce, enabling him to support traders with their Certificates of Origin, EUR1s, ATA Carnets and more.

Giulia Bonanni, International Trade & Customs Adviser, giulia.bonanni@gmchamber.co.uk

Giulia joined the Chamber in October 2023 after having worked for a Customs Agent for over 3 yrs as a customs supervisor. Giulia has a degree in interpretation and translation from the University of Bristol and Degli Studi Roma TRE in Italy. Giulia supports traders daily with export, import and customs queries.

In 2022, Giulia achieved a Level 3: Certificate in Customs Compliance from the UK Customs Academy and last year she became a certified customs broker as well as became a Certified Procedures and ATA Carnet issuer agent.

Ivona Ivanova, Documentation and Customs Compliance Officer, ivona.ivanova@gmchamber.co.uk

Ivona is a native from Bulgaria who has lived and work in Spain and the UK in a wide range of admin and customer service roles, and since 2022 she joined our trade team where she advises exporters and importers about the practicalities around documentation needed to move goods across the world. She is has a certificate on Certification Procedures and is also certified to issue ATA Carnets. Ivona speaks fluent Bulgarian, Spanish and English.

Kat Kaewmanee, International Trade Admin Executive, kat.kaewmanee@gmchamber.co.uk

Originally from Thailand, Kat did her BA Degree on Agro-industry back in her native country. She then did a MA on Nutrition and Food Management at the University of Huddersfield and short course on marketing at the King's College London.

Kat joined the Chamber last year as part of our Trade Team where she advises and supports traders on the practicalities of exporting documentation. She achieved a Certification Procedures and EUR1s qualification from the British Chambers of Commerce as well as recently gained her certification to issue ATA Carnets.

Keely Clowes, International Trade Officer, keely.clowes@gmchamber.co.uk - Currently on Mat Leave

Keely join us back in 2022 as an international customer service apprentice. Whilst doing her customer service apprenticeship with us, she also gained further qualifications on Certificate Procedures and ATA Carnets. She also started a new apprenticeship Level 3 Business Administrator and recently got promoted to the role of International Trade Officer supporting our Documentation Services and specially our ATA Carnet offering.
