Our team is actively responding to queries submitted via email. When getting in touch please provide as much information as possible in your initial email so our team can help you as quickly as possible (e.g., commodity codes, incoterms you are using, etc).

We understand some companies may not know what technical information to provide our team with, in this case please complete our Readiness Assessments for Exporters and Importers. Chamber Members and Non-Members will get a ‘Readiness Report’ free of charge, and can opt to have a member of our team to go over the details of the report in a one-to-one meeting for a set fee.
