A huge thank you to the gifted learning development team within eLearning Plus as I am proud to share that we have now received CPD certification for 100 online workplace courses in our pre-built catalogue.
We started the catalogue after wide ranging discussions with clients on how we could help them fast-track compliance and upskilling at a cost-effective price point. So, we bit the bullet and accepted the challenge.
It’s been a huge effort and a long but rewarding journey whilst the team pulled everything together to make sure we met the stringent CPD criteria, and I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication.
Big thanks also to the team at CPD for all their support and guidance.
What have we learnt:
• Everything takes longer than you think.
• Keeping subject matter experts on track can be challenging!
• Generating 4000 questions for use in the assessments is not for the faint hearted.
• The scrolling device friendly format we use for the courses is well liked by learners.
• We’re glad that we’re at the end of the process and not the start - phew!
