Are you working on a new idea, product or service?

We’re launching an exclusive programme designed to enable businesses to accelerate the development of their innovations.

Through a short, impactful and interactive residential programme, we'll help you develop an action plan for the prototyping and launch of your innovation. You'll also identify and address opportunities to access support, funding and collaboration.

What it is:

- Two-day fully funded innovation retreat at a 4-star hotel in Greater Manchester, plus two half-day workshops. Time commitment = three days total
- Networking opportunities with like-minded businesses, industry partners and commercialisation specialists to develop your innovation network
- Time out of the business, to focus on your innovation

Through the retreat you'll be able to embed a lean innovation process within the business and reduce the risk of taking a new product/service to market.

Who's the programme for?

The programme is for small to medium-sized businesses within Greater Manchester that are already working on an innovation in the following areas:

- Sustainable advanced materials
- Artificial intelligence, data and advanced computing
- Diagnostics and genomics

Programme dates:

- 16 April 2024 (half day)
- 24 and 25 April (innovation retreat)
- 30 April 2024 (half day)

Due to the hands-on and personalised nature of the programme, places for each retreat are very limited.
