Engagement Manager

We’re now recruiting an Engagement Manager to help drive the next phase of the Greater Manchester Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP). This strategic initiative identifies employers’ evolving skills needs, collaborates with training providers to meet those demands, and sets a clear roadmap for the region’s workforce development through to 2028.

This role places you at the forefront of employer and stakeholder engagement for the LSIP, offering a unique opportunity to shape how businesses interact with training and skills development and policy. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team influencing policy, raising skill levels across the workforce, and ultimately improving opportunities for residents throughout Greater Manchester.
