This strategic initiative identifies employers’ evolving skills needs, collaborates with training providers to meet those demands, and sets a clear roadmap for the region’s workforce development through to 2028.
This role places you at the forefront of employer and stakeholder engagement for the LSIP, offering a unique opportunity to shape how businesses interact with training and skills development and policy. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team influencing policy, raising skill levels across the workforce, and ultimately improving opportunities for residents throughout Greater Manchester.
