At Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that members, delegates and staff are treated with integrity, courtesy, fairness, and professionalism. We are open, inclusive and welcoming, and we celebrate the diversity which makes up our city region.

There is no place for racism, sexism, or any other form of prejudice or intolerance within our networks.

We have a zero tolerance on harassment, sexual harassment, victimisation and discrimination. Behaviour towards our members, delegates or staff which is deemed inappropriate or offensive, or which makes the recipient and/or others uncomfortable, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

This applies to all contact whether it is face to face, in writing, on social media, or by telephone. This also applies if we are made aware of other incidents outside of Chamber business but relating to those individuals mentioned above.

In all cases we reserve the right to address this and/or to remove the offending person/organisation from membership and /or events with immediate effect.
