Where Innovation Meets Industry

The next instalment of our Manufacturing and Engineering Forum will take place at the School of Science, Engineering and Environment at the University of Salford, with a spotlight on industry innovation.

We’ll be joined by Eleri Roberts from Made Smarter, whose work centres on supporting manufacturing businesses exploring industrial digital technologies. Eleri will share insights into the assistance available through the Made Smarter programme, as well as the broader business support landscape. Working in partnership with the Chamber, our shared mission across GM is to accelerate industrial progress and champion innovation.

Our Manufacturing and Engineering Forum isn't a networking event, it's a platform to come together, share best practice, solve industry challenges and seek collective opportunities to drive the sector forward. Covering topics such as tariffs, trade, skills and productivity - we're looking to make this event a pillar of the business support the sector needs.
