Davis Blank Furniss Adds to Corporate and Commercial Department with New Solicitor Appointment
Manchester and Glossop based law firm, Davis Blank Furniss has appointed Karen Tsang as a solicitor in its Corporate and Commercial department.
Karen brings with her international legal experience spanning both Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. She studied law at The University of Hong Kong, graduating in August 2019, and went on to obtain her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same institution in August 2021. Karen qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in September 2023 and further qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in May 2024.
Prior to joining Davis Blank Furniss, Karen practised at Blackstone Solicitors and Medlock Solicitors, where she advised on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
She has experience in various aspects of corporate and commercial law, including sales and acquisitions of companies and business assets, acting for both buyers and sellers. She has also advised on corporate restructures and has extensive experience in the review and drafting of corporate documentation and commercial contracts.
Having relocated from Hong Kong to the UK in March 2024, Karen offers clients valuable cross-jurisdictional insight and a strong understanding of international business environments.
