2025 was a year defined by partnership. Paragon Print and Marketing Solutions is proud of the long-standing relationships it continues to enjoy with its clients, and equally grateful to everyone who joined them throughout the year. Client trust has allowed the business to grow, invest and keep improving the service it delivers.
Working Together
One highlight of 2025 was continued work with franchise businesses, where consistency and reliability are essential. Paragon's partnership with Puddleducks — a franchise network with over 30 separate businesses placing orders — is a prime example of how close communication and a deep understanding of client needs delivers high quality, on-brand print across multiple locations.
Ruth Nelson, Head of Marketing and Customer Experience at Puddleducks, said the service had been seamless, with excellent attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and high-quality printed products throughout their nearly three-year relationship. Investing in Capacity and Technology
To support rising demand, Paragon added another printing press to their production floor in 2025. This investment boosts capacity, speeds up turnaround times, and gives the business flexibility to grow alongside its clients.
The wide format department also had an exceptionally busy year, producing everything from posters and banners to display graphics that help brands stand out in-store, at events, and beyond.
Protecting Your Data
Cyber security was also a key area of investment in 2025. Working with IT partners Cybercameleon, Paragon strengthened its systems to ensure all communication and data remains safe, secure and compliant — a vital part of delivering a modern, connected print service.
Welcoming New Talent in 2026
Paragon welcomed Christine Meddick to the sales team in January 2026. Christine joins Mike, Sarah, Matt and the wider team, strengthening their ability to support new and existing clients with expert advice and personalised service.
Looking Ahead
As Paragon moves through 2026, their focus remains on continuing to invest in technology and security, delivering reliable high-quality print, and building strong relationships through great service and communication.
Case Study: Track & Trails
Tracks & Trails needed a standout presence at a busy outdoor adventure networking event — with just five days to design, print and deliver an eye-catching exhibition stand and postcards for post-event lead follow-up.
Paragon took the stress off the client by using their existing holiday photography to create a bold, collage-style design that represented the brand authentically. Clear headers and messaging were created for each holiday type, with all print and production handled in-house and delivered to exact event specifications.
The result? The stand grabbed attention across the hall, the team was busy all day, and the client was thrilled with both the footfall and lead potential generated.
