Following the outstanding success of Avoira’s inaugural Executive CX Summit, the official highlights video is now available to watch.

Hosted in partnership with Xdroid, AXS, and Jabra at The Alan Hotel, Manchester, the summit brought together over 70 Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre professionals from across the UK. Delegates gained valuable insights into how AI, automation, and speech analytics are driving innovation and reshaping customer engagement.

Throughout the day, expert speakers and panellists shared real-world success stories and live demonstrations showing how technology is:
