Frankie & Neeve’s Road Safety Academy
Frankie & Neeve’s Road Safety Academy is a UK-based charity dedicated to preventing road tragedies through education, awareness, and community action.
The charity was founded in memory of Frankie Hough and her unborn daughter Neeve, who were tragically killed in a road traffic collision in 2023. In the same crash, Frankie’s young son and nephew sustained life-changing injuries, highlighting the devastating and long-term impact road harm can have on children and families.
Established by Frankie’s partner, Calvin Buckley, and her father, Frank Hough, the charity exists to turn profound loss into positive change. Its mission is to protect children and young people through age-appropriate road safety education, raise awareness of preventable road harm, and campaign for road safety to be treated as a core life skill within education and public policy.
Frankie & Neeve’s Road Safety Academy delivers engaging school programmes, develops creative educational resources, works alongside police forces and road safety organisations, and supports community-led prevention initiatives. Fundraising and community events play a vital role in sustaining this work and extending its reach.
By working with schools, businesses, partners, and communities, Frankie & Neeve’s Road Safety Academy is turning remembrance into action — creating a legacy focused on education, prevention, and safer roads for all.
