SAIF Zone was setup by the Sharjah Government in 1995 to be the premier free trade zone to focus on industry cluster development and to create a seamless environment for both local and international companies to setup their operations.
Currently the zone is 10sq km in size, hosting over 8000 companies (15% Manufacturing, 70% Trading and 15% Services).
SAIF Zone provides a single window of operations from licensing, leasing of offices/warehouses/land parcels, residency permits, labour accommodation, equipment rental, 24/7 security, government services etc.
