Fairclough Travel has announced a new agreement with Sale Sharks Women

𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀’ 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗺𝗮𝗻

Fairclough Travel has announced a new agreement with Sale Sharks Women, becoming official player sponsor to Italy international 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗶 and North-West lock 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗺𝗮𝗻. The dual sponsorship reflects both local roots and global connections, a recognition that travel brings people together across borders to pursue a common goal.

Beatrice Rigoni is a versatile back (centre/fly-half) who joined Sale Sharks ahead of the 2023/24 season. Capped by Italy at 18 during the 2014 Women’s Six Nations, she has since represented the Azzurre at multiple Rugby World Cups, including the 2025 tournament in England.

Polly Bowman, a dynamic second row, has progressed through the North-West pathway into Sale Sharks Women’s Premiership Women’s Rugby (PWR) squad. A regular in matchday selections including starts in 2024/25 and a try in August 2025. Bowman is also linked with Manchester Metropolitan University’s performance programme underscoring her strong community ties.
