At the Chamber, we're excited to announce we've partnered with GM Business Growth Hub to support their latest boost to the skills offering for the Greater Manchester business community. This investment from GMCA offers access to £2.8m of free training and dedicated support.
As organisations grow and expand it is important to ensure the people grow with it, and this could be in the form of relearning, enhancing or improving skills like budgeting, corporate communications and digital skills. With this simple process, the team will provide businesses and non-profit organisations with dedicated support, to understand their unique skills needs, develop a bespoke skills plan and match them with the right skills providers.
This Skills Development Service will also provide organisations and individuals in Greater Manchester with an opportunity to improve their English, Maths, Digital Literacy and ESOL skills and ultimately increase their productivity. From SMEs and large businesses to volunteer organisations and GM residents, this investment provides accessible growth opportunities for both organisations and individuals alike, simultaneously raising the value and economy of Greater Manchester.
