AFG Law is proud to celebrate Director Rahil Khan’s 30th anniversary with the firm this November, marking three decades of dedication and exceptional client service. Rahil has long been a key member of the team at AFG, having qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and transitioning to a director in 2014.
Rahil spent the majority of his career at AFG as a specialist criminal practitioner appearing at magistrate’s courts daily to represent clients across a wide range of offences. In 2022, he made the move to residential property, retraining as a conveyancing solicitor.
Most recently, Rahil led the launch of AFG Law’s Islamic Mortgage service. The service is designed to guide clients through the specialised documentation requirements involved in Islamic mortgages. As a firm with a diverse client base, Rahil was a proud pioneer of the service provision, ensuring the needs of clients in the Bolton and Bury areas were able to be met by AFG.
On celebrating 30 years at AFG Law, Rahil said, ‘I cannot quite believe it has been thirty years! My career at AFG has been varied, going from a criminal practitioner to becoming a residential property solicitor. I have been fortunate to work with a number of exceptionally talented colleagues through the years, and I have greatly enjoyed the small part I have played in AFG’s development and growth.’
