
Damar Training, a leading apprenticeship provider specialising in business and professional services, today announced the establishment of its new Advisory Board. Board members are all senior professionals who bring extensive experience across education, leadership development and legal practice. The Advisory Board will provide an independent expert voice to ensure Damar's programmes continue to meet evolving sector needs and deliver maximum value for apprentices and their employers.

Emma-Jane Wood (pictured middle) brings a decade of senior-level experience from King's College London, where she served as Chief of Staff and Head of Apprenticeships.
Nick Heard-Jones (pictured right) joins as a qualified teacher and senior education leader with comprehensive experience in leadership development within large-scale educational environments.
Paul Caddy (pictured left) brings a legal sector perspective, serving most recently as Head of Insight at Shoosmiths. He has a long-standing commitment to social mobility and expertise in the use of technology in legal practice and education.
