Greater Manchester-based consultancy Delve OD Ltd has been recognised at the 2025 British HR Awards, winning Learning and Development Initiative of the Year for its Leading Together – Empowering Strengths-based Leadership programme, delivered in partnership with Manchester and Trafford Local Care Organisation (LCO).
The award celebrates the programme’s powerful impact on leadership culture across community services helping leaders grow in confidence, compassion, and capability.
With 74 participants completing the programme in 2024–25, satisfaction scores were exceptional, achieving an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9.7/10. Participants described it as:

“Inspirational, I did not want it to end.”
“For the first time in 25 years I’m able to be the kind, compassionate leader I wanted to be.”
Measured improvements were also clear, with participants’ confidence in leading people rising from 4.9 to 7.9, and their sense of being equipped to lead increasing from 5.2 to 8.2.
