Bury-headquartered Avoira has done the double after being shortlisted for two top technology awards.
The high-tech solutions specialist has nominated in the Award for Innovation and Reseller Project of the Year categories of the Technology Reseller Awards.
Due to climax at a black-tie ceremony in London next month, the awards highlight “best practice, sustainability, and innovation” within the value-added technology sector.
Avoira has been shortlisted in the Innovation category for its work in developing bespoke, AI-powered speech analytics solutions for a range of private and public sector clients.
Based around the Xdroid customer experience platform, these have enabled organisations to automatically capture, transcribe, analysis and score tens of millions of customer calls.
The solutions Avoira delivered have enhanced service, productivity, regulatory and corporate compliance, as well as assisting with the identification of vulnerable customers.
Xdroid is also at the heart of the company’s nomination for Project of the Year award which is based on its work for London Borough of Barking and Dagenham council (LBBD).
Avoira’s solution saw LBBD moving from manual to automated call quality monitoring, transforming its call centre operations to deliver detailed performance data, better identify and support vulnerable residents and automatically flag challenging calls to promote agent wellbeing.
That solution has already been recognised earlier this year when Avoira won the Customer Experience – Innovation as a Service trophy at the government-sponsored Smarter Working Live awards.
Avoira’s Xdroid solutions have also been previously recognised at the Comms National Awards, National Insurance Awards and Contact Center Global Top Ranking Performers Awards.
