The relocation to the 1 St Michael’s development, led by Gary Neville’s Relentless Group, places Hill Dickinson at the heart of one of the city’s most ambitious regeneration projects. Occupying the top office floor of Manchester’s first fully net zero carbon commercial building, the firm’s new 18,200 sq ft workspace is a bold statement, combining sustainability, innovation, and a deep-rooted commitment to the region.

The firm has grown its Manchester team to over 230 people since originally opening its doors in the city back in 1997, increasing headcount by a third in the past two years alone.
