Last week, Inconnection, the Manchester based live events company, held a corporate padel day in conjunction with the Insurance Institute of Manchester to kick off the BIBA conference 2025.
Insurance professionals and brokers were invited to the early morning session to get energised for the day ahead with breakfast provided by PKB at the new, Pollen Club. The morning activity proved to be a grand slam with the first guests arriving bright and early at 07:30 to get on the court. The event included a donation to the Manchester homeless community, giving back and ensuring a zero food waste event.
Over twenty-five professionals joined Inconnection and the IIM for the morning networking and padel session. The feedback from both organisers and attendees was tremendous, highlighting how fresh event ideas are a welcome change for the insurance sector, comments included:
