INNOVATIVE AVOIRA SCOOPS ANOTHER TOP TECHNOLOGY AWARD

Bury-based technology solutions specialist Avoira has again triumphed at a national awards ceremony.
The Salford Street headquartered company continued its winning streak by winning in the Innovation category at the Technology Reseller Awards.
Against stiff competition, it took the trophy for its work in developing bespoke, AI-powered speech analytics solutions based around the Xdroid customer experience (CX) platform.

Its solutions have enabled both public and private sector organisations to automatically capture, transcribe, analyse and score tens of millions of customer calls.

In doing so, they have delivered invaluable insights which have enabled enhanced customer service and productivity. They have also promoted and evidenced compliance with company and regulatory protocols, including the identification of vulnerable customers.


The company just missed out on a second trophy, having also been shortlisted for the Project of the Year award for its pioneering work at London Borough of Barking & Dagenham (LBBD) council.


Success at the Technology Reseller awards follows hot on the heels of other business accolades secured by Avoira for its analytics expertise.


These include trophy wins at the Smarter Working Live Awards, Comms National Awards, National Insurance Awards and Contact Centre Global Top Ranking Performers Awards.


Having accepted the Technology Reseller trophy at a glitzy award ceremony, Avoira’s Head of CX, Ian Taylor said: “With this latest award triumph and those that preceded it, it’s clear that Avoira has emerged as the pre-eminent force in the growing and highly specialist field of CX analytics.
