Manchester will be returning to MIPIM, the world’s leading property and investment event, in 2026 and is seeking businesses of all sizes to help represent the city-region on a global stage.

Attending provides businesses with unique access to senior Greater Manchester leaders, a wealth of investors and a global platform to discuss current projects in an environment dedicated to property, investment, and the built environment.

Manchester’s presence at MIPIM is coordinated by The Manchester Invest Partnership, a Marketing Manchester-led project that aims to promote Greater Manchester's latest development projects and real estate opportunities through panel sessions, roundtables, networking, and meetings with investors.

Marketing Manchester has decades of experience coordinating the city-region’s presence at MIPIM and works closely with key stakeholders, Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Manchester City Council, and MIDAS to deliver a programme of activity that showcases our region’s values, ambitions, opportunities, and key announcements.

2026 is set to be another significant year for the partnership, with Greater Manchester showcasing a £1bn integrated development pipeline and an ambitious plan for growth that spans the entire region, underlining why this is such an exciting time to join our growth journey.

Victoria Braddock, Managing Director of Marketing Manchester, said: “With more opportunities than ever across our region, it’s important we go to MIPIM with one strong Greater Manchester voice and show the hyper-collaborative approach our region is known for firsthand. Last year, you couldn’t escape Manchester at MIPIM, and in 2026, we plan to go back even bigger and better than ever, but we need a strong delegation of businesses to join us to make that happen.”

Tom Stannard, Chief Executive of Manchester City Council, said: “MIPIM is an event at which we work hard, and we get business done. That’s the most important thing. I can count several projects and partnerships that wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for MIPIM. We achieve a lot when we’re there as a partnership, and long may it continue. Through the Manchester Invest Partnership, we send a really strong message to investors that we are walking together as the public and private sector.”

Working alongside MIPIM’s organisers, RX Global, the partnership will bring key stakeholders across Greater Manchester to MIPIM 2026. Several public and private organisations have already committed to attend, including strategic partners Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Manchester City Council, and MIDAS. Other partners joining us include: Avison Young, AEW Architects, BGY, Bruntwood, Civic Engineers, EPR Architects, Far East Consortium, Glenbrook, Laing O'Rourke, LIVINGWAY, Maccreanor Lavington, MIX Manchester, Muse, OBI, Our Studio, pro-manchester, Renaker, Salboy, Salford Council, Savills, SpaceInvader, Stockport Council, and Victor.

This year, the partnership has launched exclusive packages for SMEs to help bring a more diverse voice to the conference and give more businesses the opportunity to build connections within Manchester’s property sector. These packages start from £4,000 and include a MIPIM pass and marketing opportunities.

Businesses that attend MIPIM with the Manchester Invest Partnership will be profiled on the stand in Cannes and digitally via LinkedIn. These partners will also gain access to a range of communications and content support throughout the event, as well as passes to MIPIM, Housing Matters at MIPIM, networking events on the Manchester stand, and dedicated fringe events throughout the week.

Members of the partnership can gain access to a series of events throughout the year through an Annual Package. This includes UKREiiF in Leeds, the London Real Estate Forum, as well as specialist local events and roundtables to bring together Manchester’s property sector.
