In February we were visited by Ofsted for an inspection and we are so pleased to be able to announce our results!
Our leaders and staff at Swarm Training CIC have worked very hard to build a strong provision of practical apprenticeship education for learners and their employers so that we can help them to build a strong and sustainable workforce. Ofsted saw our great qualities across the board with comments such as “The tutors have expert knowledge and set high expectations for personal and professional behaviours”, and noticing our “Purposeful learning environment where learners have an extremely positive and motivated passion for learning.”
We were able to demonstrate the depth and breadth of the courses we offer, the excellent learning materials developed and delivered by our tutors, as well as our support and care for learners and employers. We were also proud to show our additional personal development provision and our highly motivated and passionate team. We are excited to share with you the full story and incredible feedback we received.
