Thanks to its recent membership with Greater Manchester Chamber, VPS has been able to build strong partnerships with local councils, industries and education providers - including the fantastic team at Positive Steps who have played a key role in connecting VPS with schools and colleges.
In May VPS was proud to welcome school leavers from Waterhead Academy as part of its commitment to creating social value and its wider environmental, social and governance goals.
The visit gave students a valuable behind-the-scenes look at the security industry, offering real-world insights into the wide range of career paths available and the skills needed to thrive.
