Services we provide:
Commercial Cleaning: Office and general workplace cleaning in all areas of a building.
Industrial Cleaning: Cleaning in a heavy manufacturing or warehouse environment using automated ride on and pedestrian floor cleaning equipment and the use of MEWP access equipment with core team IPAF certified operatives for cleaning overhead surfaces and roof structures. Regulated Clinical Cleaning (Healthcare Sector) Cleaning of hospital wards and Theatres under controlled conditions, including following a viral outbreak where specific regulatory governance applies to cleaning operations and for waste disposal post cleaning.
Building Fabric Exterior/Glass Cleaning: Use of de-ionised water through a telescopic feed pole to safely access high level glass and cladding.
Specialist Cleaning: The use of high-pressure dry steam and dry ice applications for cleaning stainless steel structures and equipment and industrial confined space cleaning for tanks and silos.
Construction/Builders Cleaning: We deliver a full cleaning service following building works or fit outs, removing all debris to waste in a controlled manner followed by a back to specification or sparkle clean standard ready for either a stage two building phase or final building occupancy.
Periodic Detailed (Deep) Cleaning: Cleaning of areas including kitchens for equipment and extraction canopies/duct work and degreasing applications to all areas of walls and floors. Other areas across all sectors fall into this category such as atriums, lighting units, washrooms and plant rooms as examples. Additionally, our supervisors and managers are trained to Train the Trainer standard for the BICSc cleaning standard, and we are able to support with training on BICSc applications.
PPE Supplies: During the pandemic we successfully supplied over £1M worth of PPE ranging from Nitrile gloves, masks, sanitisers, wipes and lateral flow test kits. Some our clients like IBM are still purchasing PPE from Gemini.
