How does it work?
- Register your Expression of Interest
- A member of our team will review your registration form and confirm your slot by email
- Once your place is confirm, we will circulate your profile to the companies you wish to meet with
- Our team will arrange b2b meetings and will send you a draft of them nearer the time of the event
- Should you need to cancel for any reason but still interested in meeting with the companies, please ensure to read our Late Cancellation and No-show terms and conditions and drop us an email letting us know in advance.
Registration and Costs
This event is free for British companies or organisations seeking to partner with Estonian Businesses on the sectors above. Please note priority will be given to Local And Combined Authorities as well as private sector companies seeking to source services and/or products from the Estonian Delegation.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Terms and Conditions
In case you can no longer attend this event, we kindly ask you to cancel your place at least 5 working days before the event. The cancellation must be in writing and sent to exportbritain@gmchamber.co.uk indicating the event you are cancelling for and delegate(s) details. Failure to do so within this timeframe, will incur in a cancellation/no-show admin fee as follows:
• Members: £15+VAT per delegate
• Non-Members: £20+VAT per delegate
We are aiming to reduce catering waste, for this reason we will enforce this late cancellation/no-show fee. If you book and fail to attend three or more times on free events, we reserve the right to restrict access for future events.
