Jeff Lewis has worked at all levels of business across a wide range of industries within the UK and International Sales arena. In 2009, Jeff became Managing Director of Resultz Ltd., who are Approved International Trainers and Advisors to the Institute of Export, Chambers of Commerce, plus other independent training organisations delivering public and in-house courses on all aspects of international trade.
Having started life as a military electronics test engineer with British Aerospace, Jeff’s other career experience includes having been International Sales and Marketing Manager for Recoton Corporation USA (distributor and manufacturer of consumer electronics), Export Sales and Marketing Manager for Maplin Electronics (retail and global franchise operations) and World Sales and Marketing Manager for Farnell Components (one of the largest catalogue distributors of electronic components and industrial products).
As well as a BSc in Electronics, Jeff has an MBA from Manchester Business School, one of the highest rated Business Schools in Europe with an international reputation for top-rated teaching and research. Here Jeff specialised in the Internationalisation Process and Marketing Strategies.
Jeff runs some of our BCC accredited courses such as Export Documentation, Inward and Outward Processing Relief, Import Procedures, Customs Procedures & Documentation, Agents and Distributors, Preference Rules of Origin, Incoterms, Understanding Exporting as well as an Export Sales course and our offer of online courses. Jeff also delivers bespoke and in-house training courses.
Becky Stark has been an accredited member of the Institute of Export for twenty years and runs her own business, Stark Export Focus, providing international trade support, advice and training to companies across the UK. Becky works on both private and public-sector contracts and is experienced in the delivery of projects for both Welsh Government and the Department for International Trade.
Becky has extensive experience of delivering training for the Department for International Trade and the British Chambers of Commerce, offering accredited and independent public and in-house courses which encompass both the practical and strategic aspects of international trade. She takes great pride in her interactive delivery style, the rapport she develops with delegates and the high levels of customer satisfaction.

Tony Brown is an independent International Trade Advisor with extensive private sector experience of marketing products and services internationally, including organising and leading trade missions to much of Europe, the USA, and South Asia.
He advises companies in all areas of international trade and has specialist expertise in international commercial agreements, intellectual property, contracts, and international payments. Tony also delivers training programmes, both in the UK and overseas, to help companies effectively enter new markets and handle the required export documentation, logistics and payments.
Tony currently runs our BCC Accredited Methods of Payment and Letters of Credit training courses. He also delivers bespoke and in-house training courses.
