Membership is an annual subscription and will automatically renew. You'll receive a renewal invoice around six weeks before your renewal date to give you time to pay.

Don’t worry; that probably means our website isn't recognising you as a member. Simply call the Membership Team on 0161 393 4321 and they'll fix this for you as soon as possible.

No problem, just call your Account Manager and they can add a new primary contact to your account. In fact, the more contacts we have, the more value you're likely to get from your membership.

Firstly, you need to register your card at and create an account. You can then view the discounts package available to you and start using your card.

Don't forget to download the smartphone app by searching 'GMCC Rewards' on the Apple or Android app store.

Remember to present your Rewards Card when redeeming an offer and please take note of any terms and conditions stated on the website.

Each member has an allocation of Rewards Cards included in their membership. Call 0161 393 4321 to ensure you've redeemed the cards you are entitled to. You can also purchase additional Rewards Cards as an employee benefit at just £20 +VAT per card.

Absolutely. Just call us on 0161 393 4321 and quote your card number. We'll deactivate the lost card and send you a replacement.

These should have been emailed to you within your first six weeks of membership. If you can't find them, please give us a call on 0161 393 4321 and we'll get you started. 

There's no need to book to access the Members' Lounge – we'll just need you to sign-in on arrival.

Absolutely. If you want to meet a client in the Members' Lounge as your guest, they're more than welcome.

If you're thinking about cancelling, please email either your Regional Membership Manager or your Account Manager and they'll give you a call to discuss.

Usually, we ask for three months' notice if you'd like to cancel your membership.

If your account has been frozen, it usually means your membership payment is overdue by six weeks or more. To get you back up and running, please give us a call on 0161 393 4321.
